Well as recognising that happiness is an essential part of my life, and that is present always in my being an essential part of the human being, gives me a sense of relief, since we’ve wrapped us in a constant search for happiness, thinking that we can get it from external things, when she lies and always settled within myfind it then now is an act of internal inquiry, supporting me in a spiritual practice.
